This week, the glamazons of the vlogosphere duke it out the best way they know how - by videoblogging. Watch as Casey McKinnon dishes out the rules:

• Silent air guitar performance
• No music (if you're listening to music, you must listen through earphones)
• No cuts, no edits (except to add titles)
• 30-60 seconds
• Female contestants only
